Soul still legally “owns” Forsaken. Meaning, Soul still gets 25% of all profits made from Forsaken. Which means people playing the game, people making in-game purchases, etc! By playing the game or buying in-game items such as VIP or emote packs, that is profiting Soul! Its well known in the Forsaken community on social media that Hytoko & Basil have been in a lawsuit with Soul for a few months. Its also likely that Soul is going to win said lawsuit. Not only that, but Hytoko is a terrible owner! they have promoted racist staff members and fired staff members that have done nothing wrong, I believe it would do you good to look into it! Its also in your best interest to not support the game by playing it. This goes for any Forsaken players reading this as well! Please do research on the whole situation! Soul is very stubborn and is not looking to give up Forsaken any time soon!

owww i see , the last time i looked into the situation all i figured was that hytoko sued soul for full custody including his profit of the game!!im so sorry!!! i wasnt aware that soul still profited from it!!

if im right forsaken isnt owned by soul anymore, no? isnt full custody of forsaken in hytokos hands since soul handed it over to hytoko and hytoko made soul give up his profit? thats what im aware of atleast
